Electric vs. non-electric vehicle: head-to-head comparison

There has been plenty of discussion on whether to choose driving an electric car compared to a traditional fuel engine. There are clear benefits and hurdles on both sides, being the most known ones that gasoline cars can cover a much bigger distance than electric vehicles, and electric vehicles don't emit CO2 making them more sustainable.
